 Statement of intent- For my print advertising promoting a new thriller TV drama, I will ensure it will comply to the rules set out by ASA. The posters, which will be featuring on bus stop posters and in town centres, must avoid content that could be inappropriate to any audience, show anti-social behaviour, or cause distress. These conditions are important since the posters will be visible to a wide range of people, not just the intended target audience. In TV broadcasting, various rules and regulations are in place to ensure that content is appropriate for different age groups. For example, content ratings help viewers understand which material is suitable for certain age ranges. This ensures that viewers are aware of the type of content they might see.
