The popularity of the thriller genre is reflected in this poster due to the key elements identified. The use of the dark and monotone colour scheme in the poster highlights the genres aspects of tension and suspense. Moreover, the use of the characters is portrayed in a powerful way due to their serious expressions and poses conveyed. The title font will appeal to the main target audience as its in a bold and edgy font which symbolises a sense of anxiety; the audience will feel that something thrilling will unfold within the series. The series was first released on October 13th, 2017, with two seasons available. The viewership for the tv series was particularly popular among audiences due to audience interaction and social media creating vlogs and blogs about it. This might connote to the fact that the series is a thriller, and the use of dark tones brings out a sense of mystery. The main characters can be seen in the centre of the poster- the image is large and taking up most of the poster, which the audience will clearly take note off. The title of the series isn’t too large but, it can be noticed as its in a bold white font and is centre of the poster.
